What does delivery cost?
A.
Delivery is calculated by the weight of your order and your delivery address.
For a quote simply add your order to the basket in the
online store
and checkout until you arrive at the webpage which asks for your address details, the delivery charge will
now be added to the order. You must choose the correct shipping and handling category.
Please

before you place your order if your Postcode begins with the following:
AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH, ZE or your address is situated in the
Scottish Islands,
Channel Isles, I.O.W, NI Eire or any non-UK mainland areas as we will need to quote you a
delivery price before you complete your order. We will require details of your order, your
postcode and delivery address.

We do not currently list them on the site as they may not always be in stock.

Unfortunately because we currently use external carriers to deliver all orders we are
unable to provide or arrange exact delivery times.

How long will delivery take?
A.
For our economy delivery service we endeavour to deliver within 4-5 working days from placing your order.
Usually orders placed at the beginning of a week arrive later that week and orders
placed near the end of a week arrive early the next week. Due to demand and varying stock
levels though, we are unable to guarantee this.
For our express delivery service we endeavour to deliver within 2-3 working days from placing your order.

glass
blocks physical properties (thermal transmission, light transmission
and sound insulation) of our standard 190x190x80 blocks.

What is the fire rating of your standard glass blocks?
A.
La Rochere clear glass blocks, when installed in accordance with the
Rods & Mortar method and the perimeter expansion joint is caulked over
in a fire retardent silicon, have a 60 minute fire integrity and 15
minute thermal isolation.
We may also have fireblocks in stock which have a 120 minute fire integrity and 30
minute thermal isolation. Please contact us and we will check.
